The problem

Factories and SMBs run inventory on spreadsheets or shared single-database tools where one tenant's data leak or load spike hits everyone. This platform gives each factory its own MySQL database — true isolation, not just a tenant_id column.

How we built it

A central metadata database routes each login (username@factory_db) to a per-tenant database and connection pool created and cached on demand, auto-scaled with user count. Self-serve onboarding spins up a full factory DB, schema and admin from a 6-field form.

Cross-platform React Native client (iOS / Android / web) with barcode scanning & offline queuing
