SecurePass — face-verified deliveries
Verifies high-value deliveries with facial recognition — the right person, confirmed, every time.

A platform for couriers delivering high-value goods like gold and bullion — the courier photographs the receiver at the door, the system checks it's the right person, and only a confirmed match (or a manager's manual approval) completes the handover.
The problem
High-value deliveries need proof that the right person received the shipment, not just a signature — and a human fallback for the cases automated matching can't confidently resolve.
How we built it
Every delivery starts with a QR scan and a GPS-tagged timestamp. The courier's live photo of the receiver is checked against that person's enrolled reference photo; a confident match completes the handover automatically, and repeated no-matches escalate to a manager for a manual, audit-logged decision.
What it does
- Every verification attempt is logged, building a full audit trail for every delivery
- Repeated failed matches escalate to manual review instead of blocking the delivery outright
- Multiple reference photos per person handle real-world changes — a beard, glasses, ageing
- An offline-capable courier app keeps working through weak signal and syncs once reconnected
- The recognition engine is swappable behind one interface, not locked to a single vendor
