Users upload receipts, an AI pipeline extracts and fraud-checks the bill, and cashback lands through a gamified chest-opening wallet.

The problem

Cashback platforms are easy to game and painful to reconcile. BillReward verifies each bill's authenticity before crediting anything, turning noisy receipts into structured, fraud-checked purchase data.

How we built it

A FastAPI + Node.js pipeline validates and de-dupes files (SHA-256), extracts text (pypdf / OpenCV / Google Vision), verifies authenticity (GSTIN, IRN, platform registry, fraud scoring), and parses structure with GPT-4o before any reward is credited.
