Note-taking, a private social network, and on-device AI grounded in your own notes — built on an open, self-hostable, end-to-end-encrypted stack.
The problem
Knowledge tools and social feeds harvest your data and hand your attention to an algorithm. UNIUN keeps notes, network and AI on your own device, on an open network you can self-host.
How we built it
Three pillars — Create (notes as a knowledge graph), Share & Reflect (a chronological, non-algorithmic feed with E2E-encrypted DMs), and Transform (on-device AI chat and note-fusion using lightweight local models).
What it does
Notes-as-graph canvas with curated subsets and drafts
Chronological feed — no algorithmic curation, ever
MLS end-to-end encryption for private channels and DMs
On-device AI chat grounded in your own notes (Qwen3, DeepSeek R1, Gemma)
